New wheels

I'm gettin ready to pull the trigger on some new wheels I was looking at the M6 replicas but theyre out of stock , found a similar style on e bay . My question is wil a 19x9.5 with a 40mm offset work in the rear , the M6 was a 43mm so not much difference but just wanted some opinions thanks.
