BOM or Red Calipers?

Have the CTS-V front calipers, don't want to leave them silver. What color would look best on my BOM, BOM or stock Red, or something different? I am in the process of polishing my stock wheels. Post up your opinions.

Red would be the easiest as I wouldn't have to paint the rears, but thinking matching the car might look better.

I also have a BOM and am about to install my Wilwood kit I got on the awesome Duckman group buy about a year ago...yeah I know, slacker..........anyhoo, even though the BOM calipers look very well finished on the above car, BOM, to me, isn't the type of color to slather on everything. It becomes best when there are tasteful contrasts to it on other little accessories, and brake calipers is one of those things. I never liked the factory red on a BOM either, so I went with the default black powder coat. Yeah, I know, lame, however at that time I figured I would go with a blingy polished or hyper silver/chrome rim. Now I think I have decided on a gunmetal or matte black finish for wheels, which leads me back on a search for BOM caliper contrast colors....this is a tough one, you are not alone! I was thinking maybe staying with the black, or do a silver, light grey, but do the logo in BOM.

On a BOM car, definitely go BOM calipers. Red on orange was never my favorite, plus there isnt many goats that I know of with orange calipers.

BOM or black. Red and orange are clashing colors so I'd remove as much red from your car as possible.

I think red or BOM would look fine, but if it were me I'd go with black.

BLACK
Number one: Black is the only "High Performance" color that exists.
Number two: I don't want to see your stuff hanging out. Cover those boxers up while you're at it!

Thought about polishing them the other day, but after looking at some pics online, I am not going to go that route. Black is an option, but not sold on it yet. Duspeed will not get painted BOM!

OK think I am going with Black, might try BOM letters, if not I will probably do GrafxWerks Pearl White or Metallic Silver.

Going to get the G2 paint system. With having the CTS-V Calipers, would I be better off ordering 2 kits, or would 1 be enough?

Go black and if you search on eBay there is a guy that can send you a decal that can handle the heat. I have stock calipers painted red with GTO tags. Good luck on you quest for perfection!
