Sorry guys, I've been completely swamped lately. Svede production is backed up a bit, as well as Goldilocks. All lower grille orders that haven't gone out should be shipped by the end of the week, as well as ABS Plastic Flat Air Splitters. Any Raw Urethane SAP part that's been ordered will ship out by the end of the week too. I've got a few SAP parts that are at the body shop, but they should be done shortly.
Thanks for your patience. I've finally got a little room to breathe and will be returning a lot of PMs, emails and calls tomorrow.
Been waiting around 2 months for Svede... Not trying to be a jerk or anything, but I'm on a time crunch to get thing on before my tuner flies out here... I've tried calling (a lot) and PM'ing and everything. So, this is my last attempt to contact, haha.
FWIW, it took me just over two months to get mine last year. Probably also should recognize that the holidays occurred over the last two weeks and people have been on vacation and busy. Whenever I contacted Spencer, he always got back to me - wasn't always extraordinarily timely, but he did get back to me.
Here's some advice that I learned the hard way a few years ago: never, ever, plan around expected or quoted delivery times from vendors, even if they're well-respected sponsors.
Yeah, I think I'm about to learn that the hard way, too. I figured a little wiggle room was ok. Not over two months though. Idk... I guess you can say I'm just really frustrated because of this and a combination of other things going in in my world right now.
I just don't understand how I literally cannot get a hold of him for over two months. I know people can get really busy. Like, REALLY busy. It's happened to me in my job. But this? I can't even find a word for it.
I'm honestly just considering to get my money back for that order. If it doesn't get here in time, it's smurfing up a lot of stuff and my car will be basically not ready for the road. That being said, I really need that damn part already.
I'm here, just really, really slow in getting back to people. Sorry about that. Had a personal shitstorm to deal with over the holidays, and slow vendors are killing me on the Svede leadtimes. I'll be getting back in touch with everyone that I can throughout this week.
sent him a pm, emailed through his site and called and left a message with no response
Been there too! Body shop is waiting to paint! I can't stall them forever! Left 3 msgs on phone. now msg box is full! Sent two direct e mails and one PM here! I've made parts for people two.........you don't get so busy you do not answer your customers! You just don't. It will put them off from orders in the future.
Phone rang as I was typing previous thread. You guessed it......Spencer! He is well and getting things back on track, but the boy does sound a bit frazzled! So things are starting to roll again! Thanks for the call Spencer!
