Searched but didn't find anything, so will 05 06 rotors and calipers bolt up to an 04 with out any issues?
I don't don't mean to be cocky or something, but what is the exact benefit you are seeking from this conversion? Is it gonna like reduce stopping distance by some figure? Or just for the sake of it as an upgrade? I'm just curious.

No your fine,1 I don't want to drop 2k+on a big bore brake system, 2 I need new rotors and a new caliper so for almost the same price of a standard brake job why not put the bigger 05 06 components on, and
I did a 10 min search and found nauda, and so it may just be the noobness
DBA makes some amazing brake discs and they are actually an improvement over most GM/Holden OEM applications. Not to mention, they look as cool as hell!
I got their discs all around, and they've been serving me very well! But, just as with OEM discs, make sure you torque the bolts correctly! Otherwise, you'll just wrap them in time!
DO IT, its bolt on, and braking is improved over stock 04 brakes, nothing to loose.
Just did the swap well worth it just used some drilled slotted rotors from BrakeMotive (from the dreaded EBAY lol) a major improvement from the 04 stuff !

Report back to us in 8 months or so and tell us how them drilled rotors are working out for you. Please include detailed pictures of the drilled holes in each rotor so we can all be amazed at the cracks running from each hole!!!
Life isn't about getting to the end gracefully, its more like sliding in sideways, throttle to the floor, body bruised and battered, out of breath, screaming HELL YES,,,,,,,,,WHAT A RIDE!!!!!

There are plenty of others on here who have used these without any problems, will get back with ya !!!

I actually used the brakmotive slotted/drilled rotors all around on my previous evo, they worked quite well actually. It was the first time I went with both options opposed to just drilled (never had problems with them either). I just recently went with drilled stop techs on my brembo swap and am as happy as ever with them too.
Many a oem applications come with drilled rotors which hold up just fine; its probably has to do more with the material grade used to manufacture them more than anything when they do crack/fail.
