LS6 Z06 MAF vs 2005 GTO MAF?

Just wondering what the differences are between the LS6 Z06 MAF and the 2005 GTO....

I know the Z06 is descreened from the factory.
I believe the Z06 is similar to the GTO in that the IAT sensor is integrated into the MAF sensor.
Is there a size difference?

Basically, from what I've seen, the LS6 and 2005 GTO sensors are identical except that the Z removes the screen....is this correct?

So your telling me that the only difference between the 2005 GTO MAF and the LS6 Z06 MAF is that the LS6 is missing the screen...

How are LS1 guys running them? Don't they have separate IAT sensors?

I have a Z06 maf on my LS1. It does not have the IAT located within it and it is descreened.

Hmmmm, isn't that little nub hanging down the IAT sensor? I could have sworn I've seen pics with this thing in it.

If there is, I missed seeing it. Anything is possible. If so then its doing nothing in my motor as the origional IAT is right where I left it.
