I know my luck. As soon as I was able to get 2 spares in, I'd figure out how to screw up 3 tires in one go. I'll stick to the bicycle spare and try to avoid road debris.

Not to discourage you or advise to not pull the engine, but more often than not you will find more things to replace, which can be a good thing. Engine out makes everything soo much easier to work...
