Starter and/or battery. Dying starter can slowly kill a battery. Poor wiring/grounds/contacts can affect everything.

What does the K-mac mount use for a radial thrust bearing? I can see the pillow-ball (?) bearing but does it use something separate for the steering axis?

Funny how years of running 0w-40 and 5w-40 with high RPM use, to include autocross and track driving, has allowed my LS2 to recently roll over 161000 miles.

Lots of folks run xw-40 for high heat protection across the LSx range, so it's not uncharted territory.

I recently switched back to 5w-30 but didn't notice a difference....
