Curious,

How loud is this exhaust? Why are you selling it?

Would be all over it if you were shipping.

us Cali residents best beware, a new law exists for loud exhausts that if stopped and cited would require paying a $1K fine and a visit to a referee to confirm the demod.

Ya but it just can't be over 95db. FWIW right now I've got JBL Shorty's with JBL catless mids and flowmaster exhaust and at idle I was staying between 78 and 82db - well within the limit.

I have this same exhaust. If you want to order this from Magnaflow, expect to wait a while. I ordered mine from a authorized dealer / installer in February of last year. It didn't arrive until the end of July and the guy was calling Magnaflow constantly!

GLWS!

Just chiming in to tell y'all this is incorrect. I don't want this effecting this guys sale if he does decide to ship. Not sure where this info came from, but nothing has changed regarding the vehicle code sections and modified exhaust. A similar rumor went around about cell phone fines jumping to $1k, but the fine didn't change at all.

Yup. The only change is that you can't write it off. People seem to think that there was no law before and now there is.

I have this same system. Had a Corsa Sport prior, this is much quieter WOT and much deeper rumble at idle. It does cut down to 2-1/2 at the flanges, but it was no big deal buying 3" flanges to match 3" mids and there was plenty of length to cut the pipes behind the reduction and weld the 3" flanges on. Probably made very little difference opening it up to a true 3" but I couldn't stand it not being 3".

I still really want this but I have some many other big ticket items to buy. Plus shipping would be ridiculous. Fedex wanted $90 for me to send a steering wheel to Staten Island. That would mean the exhaust would be like $1200 LOL.

He is on the 04-06 GTO Trade N Sell FB group and has it posted there but not updates in months. Appears to be sold.
