Does anyone else have this problem with play in Harrop Diff cover bushes

Has anyone looked at the rear diff when jacking the car up?
The reason is when jacking my Ute up I could see that there was play in the bushes, the diff housing went up a fare bit before the Ute left the ground. Sports diff cover hasn't got that many miles on it probably 2000ish.

Definitely diff mount bushes as I can see them moving while jacking the Ute up.

I remember there being something about the included Harrop bushings prematurely failing due to the bracket ears not evenly compressing the bushings. But that was many moons ago.

I've been on to Harrop and they said they have never had any problem like mine. I am ordering new bushes and I'll just have to keep an eye on them. Like I say I only noticed as I was on the ground looking at the diff while jacking and I'll bet that other peoples cars have to be similar. Time will tell as they say.

If only I had a dollar for every time I heard, "We've never had a problem like this before."
