camber bushings?

so I'm on kollar racing, ordering suspension and they have 10mm and 14mm rear camber adjustment bushings, what is the difference? is it the size or how much you can adjust?

I never did find out but Andy or maybe i read somehwere about using the 14 so that's what I got.

Outer adjustable is recommended when keeping the toe rods and quad adjustable when not. The topic has been debated to no end but I went this route with no issues in 7k miles and am pretty low with 2* camber all around.

I have 14mm camber bushings installed on my rear inners for 9 years without any problems.
