Nice work! I like the edgy look of the scoop. I also like the border placed around the hood edges. The border gives the hood a clean OE appearance.

I am not a big fan of the carbon fiber look. I would have painted the scoop to match the hood, but that's me. It should really help with under hood temps as well. Keep it up.

Thanks

Tried to get a photo of it in sunlight, but yet another shitty weekend.

Finally driving my GTO again. Been 13 months since it moved on its own power.
Still plenty of small things to adjust.

Final numbers are:

437 rwhp
429 rwtq

First 2 mins of the video.

Still sorting out issues, but finally driving it.

Not sure if I'm going to bother to "improve" the look of the TBSS intake with my left over carbon fiber. Guess it depends on how much caffeine I drink.

Minor Updates

Working on several projects at the same time.

Engine bay was dirty anyways.

Carbon fiber twill weave.

Decided to make use of my scrap carbon fiber.

I attempted to remove some imperfections and "orange peel" annnnnd I made it worse. I clearly don't have the talent to clear coat something and then get a deep shine.

Sanded

Compound and Polish, good as I could get it.
