Well I think I am happy. My best pass so far is a 8.67
Don't have the slip in front of me but it was a 2.06 60FT and at 82.7 MPH.
I had long tubes and nittos. The track did not hook well for any budy that was not running a true slick and I only droped the tires to 23Lbs.

I had 2 guys come tell me they were impressed with how hard it pulled on the top end.

I have added a diablo and a set of airbags. Any guess what my new 1/8 mile will be and about what it would do in the 1/4?

Judgeing from your mph I'd say your pulling VERY hard on the big end.
You should run somewhat quicker. The nittos, as I'm told, don't hold the track very well for starters. Putting a tune on it and deleteing the TM will help a lot. I just had my car tuned by RPM in Lewisville on Friday. I'm running stk 04' A4, LT's and a 3k stall with a pure stock LS1 on MIckey Thompson DR"S at 23 psi. Went to the local 1/8 mile last night
60'- 1.832 ( pre tune best- 1.878)
330'- 5.483 ( ptb-5.565)
ET- 8.537 ( ptb-8.620)
MPH- 80.22 ( ptb-80.21)
That should have me in the 13.34 range in the 1/4. Here is a tool for converting your times. http://www.pro-system.com/calc.html. Your 1/4 time should've been 13.69. From what you posted, you appear to be spinning alot. Wether it's track condition or tires, you should be running at least as fast as me if not faster.

I took my '06 M6 to the track for the first time yesterday afternoon. (First time at the track in this car, not my first time at a track, btw). Car was stock running on the 18" rims and original Bridgestone rubber. Temps were in the high 80's all day with about 87% humidity. Best run of the day:

60ft 2.15
1/8th et 8.92
1/8th mph 82.02

My problem with the conversion tables is the fact that those are times for cars that hook better. A good example is the fact that I had a deisel truck that ran almost identical times but at 78 MPH. ZX12Guy you gave me a good idea and looks like a low 13.4 is what I would have run.
Any one notice how much time they shaved off 1/4 mile times with airbags?
BTW I drive a M6

Last time to the track back in August I ran a [email protected] mph in 90+ degree heat. Can't wait for cooler weather.

completely stock I went 8.53 @ 84.7mph with a 2.05 60'. The car has mid 8.40's in it. It is an A4.

FYI: 2 weeks ago I ran at the same track and struggled to get a 9.0 at 77 mph. Was barely making 2.0 60's as well. Needless to say I was ashamed and disappointed in my car. The temps were in the 80's versus the 50's when the car ran what it should have. Stock IAT tables blow!
