1.) If I get rid of a check engine light using my Preditor or like device, if the car is having the same problem again, WILL it come back on? Or is it gone for good?

2.) Are all of the fuses in the fuse box under the hood on the passanger side, supposed to be facing the same way? (ie. ---> right).

THanks

1. Resetting the code does not correct the situation which caused it to be set. As long as you're not disabling the code via LS1Edit or HPTuners the light will come back on if the problem reoccurs.

2. Fuses are not polarized in our cars, so if the numbers don't all face the same direction it's not a problem.

If it is, it will set off the code again.

So you can get more info, what was the code that was thrown?

It was the MAF detecting low levels. One of the prongs inside the throttle body connector was bent. I took a screwdriver and fixed it then got rid of the light with the preditor. Haven't gotten a light since.
