Full exhaust is SLP long tubes with cats and the Sport system. There was a touring system available which was quieter and I believe they added a resonator to it to tone it down.

I always thought the Corsa had the best routing of any exhaust. Could easily run a carbon fiber driveshaft with no issues. I had the Touring way back when. Good luck with the sale.

I agree, lots of clearance and good looks. It is pretty easy to remove and install fully assembled. I have done it twice so far.

Agree. When I sold mine, I jacked mine up, took it off and put the stock one back on, and dropped it down all in less than an hour. Then I installed it on the dude's car that bought it from me. Very quick and easy to install.

I say that every time but then I keep buying stuff. Seriously though, if you are good with the single side exit of the 2004, the oval tip is perfect. If Corsa made an 04 to 05 system, I know it would be $2k and I’d have a hard time saying no.

I have the single side by side to the back and i was thinking of adding spintecs to them but I'm thinking of doing the whole front to back. Kooks 1 7/8 with catless mids and X pipe. This would be the frosting. I really like the single side.

Are you sure this is the Sport? The muffler is longer on the Touring and it sure looks like the same muffler I had. The Sport had a longer pipe before the muffler coming out of the 90. Check Figure Q in the instruction manual to see. The sound clip sounds like a Touring also. I liked the Touring sound better than the Sport sound, much less raspy. Either way, great exhaust for the money!

I thought the Touring system had a resonator built in to it to help lower the volume. I will double check it but it is up at the shop right now. I will see if I have the owners manual here at the house or if I took it up there to put with the exhaust.

The '05-06 Touring had a resonator I believe. The 04 just had a longer muffler. I'm thinking of maybe getting a Corsa....

Just hung up with Corsa. My system is a Touring, not a sport. I gave him the part number on the sticker on the muffler and he was able to confirm it is a Touring system muffler. Part number 35PG2000 is for touring.

The guy did confirm a couple of things… there were no resonators used to quiet the system down, just extra baffling in the mufflers to do that. The 2nd thing he mentioned is that Corsa no longer makes a system for the 2004, whether Sport, Touring, oval or round tip. He said if a vendor shows one in stock for a 2004, better check and make sure they actually have it since Corsa doesn’t produce them anymore.

Initial post will be corrected to reflect Touring and not Sport. Asking $850 shipped.
