This package is pretty tempting if it's actually 455rwhp but that seems almost impossible. Also, any suggestions for packages or is it better to just buy part by part?

Its 455 engine HP. and it depends on what you want to do, if you want to keep your factory warranty and get some added HP, the the package is perfect for you. It comes with a 3/36 warranty that works with your factory warranty, but if you want more then 390~400 RWHP, then you're better off getting something else.

Its at the crank they are also advertising at 421 hp package for 04 - 06. I'm sure its different for the 04's and 05 - 06's.

+1 you can get the same power for around $2K, and use better parts. That package doesn't even include a CIA, just a drop in.
