I used Torco, with type F modifyer, and RP in my trans. I have a six speed, and stock diff.

If you go with RP gear lube for the diff, make sure to get the 85w-140 instead of the more common 75w-140. I used the 75w-140 and had a lot of grinding and foul noises.
To be honest, I'm not sure that I wouldn't just put stock type fluid back in the rear as I was not the only person to have noise/grinding with the RP fluid.
Tranny....I know a lot of people claim to "feel" a difference with Synchromax, but I truthfully could not. I'd suggest maybe changing the tranny fluid at 5k or 10k and then every 10k with anything you can find. This includes the cheap stuff from Autozone. I would just about guarantee that you couldn't feel a difference and the life of the tranny would be the same if you changed it that often.
