I bought my 05 AT new. Have not done much maintenance on rear end at all. Not having any problems, just want to avoid any.Wanna keep it stock as much as possible. Any advice on what to look at replacing or servicing

Operating manual doesn't mention any maintenance for rear end. If everything works as intended and not looking to modify anything, its all good.
If you are feeling like doing something, changing oil couldn't hurt anything.
General consensus on best oil for stock GTO differential is Torco RGO 85w-140 with 2 oz. type F friction modifier.

Yea, really nothing more to it. You seem to have the right stuff for the job. Just make sure you remove the fill plug before the drain plug and you're gravy.
