I helped Al today with a "hardcore" intake mod for his ProCharger. First the front bumper came off. We then removed the stock coolant overflow reservoir and hose in order to make room for the new air filter placement. We then drilled a 4" hole for the new extension to pass through. We also enlarged the hole where the stock overflow neck passes through in order to fit the replacement aftermarket overflow can. I then fabricated two brackets to mount the new overflow to the chassis. After that we ran the new coolant overflow hose, buttoned everything else up and took some pics.

All in all, I'm really happy with the results. Everything came together quite nicely once all was said and done.
