DSS keeps dicking me around. They had me fill out a form and said someone would get back to me with options in 24-48 hours. That was last Monday. Every time I call for a follow-up, the person who answers can't help me and anyone who can is unavailable to speak.
Same here. They're customer service is pretty bad. Sounds like a bunch of girls in a office not caring about their duties.
