Thank you Holeshot. I do not want to get everyone worked up. I just want my money back. I even went through Paypal with a note and a claim. There was no responce to me or Paypal. I did not want to post a bad seller post but I did not see any other way to get my money back.

Because everyone else has nothing to do with it. Regardless of what many people may think - I said that for Ashton and NOT for Jason. We don't need people coming to Jason's defense. Yes he has been moving and yes he plans on resolving this soon - however bashing either Ashton or Jason would do nothing to better the situation.

I have sat back and watched this being a good friend of ashton and personally asked him to wait until this has been corrected. Ashton has sat very patiently might I add. Dblue has failed to come through and deserves the negative hit until he rights his wrong. Once he corrects this, this thread should stand as none of us would expect this treatment when dealing with a large dollar amount regardless of our life decisions. Moving is a poor excuse...

It was private before and was not resolved, it is now public and is resolved. Because it is resolved I will leave it here, but lock it. There is nothing more to add. I have been fair and helpful to both parties in this thread and to remind everyone why I wanted this to be a 'closed door' thread and why I am locking it is so that the buddies of each party don't start going back and forth with some mud slinging.
