Anyone know if the stock program has a builit-in break-in period for the stock fuel curves or something? Reason I ask is this...

Sometimes I'd like to lay a little rubber w/o revving and quickly releasing the clutch. I'd like to be able to roll at about 10mph (or whatever around 3500rpm) in 1st and nail it and break the rear loose. So far, I have not been able to do that. It just hooks and accelerates.

Is that a trait of the IRS and rear spring combo just squatting and hooking up, or am I down on power, or some sort of power reduction?

BTW... Traction control is OFF when I do this... I've tried several times, no luck.

Maybe its just fate telling me to 'save the tires'... dunno.

Thanks for reading!!

None.

It'll learn to adapt to your driving habits, but that wouldn't be considered "break-in".

You can rip on it the day you pull out of the lot if you wish.
