First, they screw me over with my trade-in. Then, they give me Employee Pricing Discount which was only like $1200, and really is at least $2,000. Then, they jack up the APR on me.

Now - the SERVICE DEPT. is horrible.

Long story short - they aren't going to warranty the car because the SCREWS on the intake box show "wear" and "tampering" :bs:

I curse them all off and they notated in the system about what happened.

You know this is such bull. Why does someone buy a gto?Because it is a sport car that has 400hp.Why even sell the car if you aren't going to back it.You see mopar and ford selling all these aftermarket parts for there cars and we get stuck with a wheel pattern that has very little support and no factory after market parts for the gto.If you gonna sell it a least back it up.I bet if you bought a corvette they wouldn't be giving you the same shit.I have always been a gm guy but it seems they don't care about us little guys.I bet when the new camaro comes out the will be making sure everything goes good.I see all these mustangs and chargers with all these aftermarket stuff but if we put headers on our cars warranty is voided.I didn't know that better flowing pipes would make our cars blow up.Please gm give us a break.By the way don't have any rubber under your wheel well when you go for service because you bought a 400 hp machine to drive like a grandma.By the way my grandmother would have smoked the tires!!!Screw you gm!!!

I bought mine there last year, new for ~$28,000 and the price seemed reasonable and the sale straight forward.
I've never gone back for service - Thanks for the heads up!

+1, and I still can't figure out why headers void a warranty. Maybe Lutz can give us the answer.

I go to coleman in lawrenceville. They went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. Cant say dealers would do the same if you werent under warrenty. It seems like most GM dealers are a bunch of J-offs. Screwing the customer is their first priority. This may be the last new GM I ever buy. Had a problem with the dealer, called pontiac. They took my complaint and said someone MAY look at it. They really dont know, all they so is take it down. A month later I follow up, and send an email with the case number asking if someone is looking at my complaint or am I wasting my time. I get an email back a week later saying they got my email. Three weeks after that they send me an email that they gave it to some Janette lady, no number or contact info. Its been over two months and I havent heard from them since. I called GM for another vehicle I bought back in the day new, and brought to patterson chevrolet after my warrenty expired. They decided to stick it to me royal purple style. When I called GM they were basically sayin no warrenty, no can do for you. I guess they dont care about repeat customers. Thanx for reading my book.

sorry to hear this.

the dealer i go to has a great serv. dept. and both serv. mngrs. are into perf. cars.

I have the same situation... One drives an '02 camaro SS... the other a 99 T/A...and one of the sales managers drives an '03 Z06... its a pretty cool place.

so far ive only delt with burns...i also got a 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warrenty directly from them...havnt had it back for service yet but they fixed my buddies 04 for alot of little things like broken exhaust hangers. if your having a problem they have to tell you why they voided it, and id make them prove to me that the intake is what caused the problem, if not then they have no ground to stand on. good luck man

I've never been to Rossi and you guys are probably the only dealer I would ever let touch my car, that's how good a reputation you have.
