The dealer who is prepping my car just called and told me that I have 2 cracks on the rear bumper underneath the car. He said I looks like the bumper may have been torqued on too tightly. The cracks are not noticeable when looking at the car from the rear only underneath. A new bumper is already on the way for me.

Now, I have not seen the cracks and it just may be a fluke on my car - but I figured I would post this just in case other cars may have this problem and no one has noticed since the cracks are in a place that is not obvious.

My dealer is going over the car with a fine tooth comb - so if he picks up any other issues I will let you guys know.

Picking up the car tomorrow and going for a long, long drive to let off some of the tension that has built up over the wait.

Actually - I thought to relieve my stress a nice trip to pacific northwest would be in order - just about right to break in the engine.

Weathers okay here but in between it isn't too great for driving a new car. If you ever do make it out this way be sure to let me know.
