Thought I would post some feedback.
Short story is I have a flaw, a very minor flaw but a flaw non the less in the paint. I brought it to the dealers attention a week after I picked the car up and gave it the clay bar once over. 5k miles later has been the first time I could get away from work during the week and make it back to the dealer for a service managers take on things. (service manager is only around m-f)
Anyway, no hassles at all. The entire process took a total of ten minutes. They are providing a loaner and sending the Goat to a paint shop I am familiar with on Monday, to ensure a good match for the BOM. (as apposed to a curb side touch up)
All in all I was pleasantly surprised. Good bunch of bloaks so far.

That's good to hear. I got my BOM there and noticed a couple paint issues. I was just going to show them when I bring it in for my next oil change.

Day 2 without a Goat-
Now come the withdrawl symptoms.....shaky hands.....mumbling....blurd vision.
And to top it all...they gave me a 7 seater Tahoe as a loaner

i agree. that's where i bought mine and had it serviced a few times (paint spots, alignment, steering wheel replacement, hood latch replacement). they provided me with a new torrent to drive for a few days. always friendly and great service.

Absolutely awful on the sales side. Only service I've had from them is the interior/exterior treatment application. Since loaners aren't their official policy, and it was coming out of the sales dept., they gave me a used 2004 Impala that smelled like an ashtray for the day. Car looked good when they were done though. Since I don't live up there I haven't been back for anything else.

Day 3 - Paint Complete
  • Perfect blend with the BOM.
  • Milage to/from paint shop is dead on with my odometer.
  • Car was given a 'quick detail'
  • 2 day turn for a paint repair
All in all a painless fix.

If we were to rank dealers in the area I give these guys a 4 out of 5 so far; the 4 is only becuase they dropped the oil change scheduled for today.

NOTE - New ownership as of this week (9-14-06)
This was an autonation dealer, sold back to a local owner. Actually back to the local owner previous to the autonation purchase....full circle in other words. (don't know the current owner details...sorry)
