The new Intercooled ProCharger system for LS1-powered 2004 GTO’s produces a 50-55% power gain on stock motors running pump gas, with 7 psi of intercooled boost. This compares to competing systems which produce 29-37% horsepower gains with the same 7 psi, but without ATI's superior supercharger and intercooler technology.

This system installs in approximately half the time of other systems, with no need to punch a hole in the oil pan, replace the engine intake, or deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler. This new ProCharger system also has a much more attractive and "OEM" appearance than others for the GTO. Additionally, with the coolest charge air temperatures available, the HO Intercooled ProCharger system for the GTO produces not only the industry’s undisputed largest power gains, but also the best engine longevity.

Standard equipment includes an exclusive air-to-air intercooler system and a patented self-contained P-1SC-1 supercharger, with 3-year warranty available. This new product utilizes the same proven technology as the industry-leading Intercooled ProCharger systems for LS1 F-bodies and C5 Corvettes. In addition to the HO Intercooled system, a tuner kit and D-1SC serpentine race kit are also available. With modified LS1 motors, the D-1SC serpentine race kit is capable of supporting over 700 horsepower.

Dedicated 8 rib drive system with automatic belt tensioner

D-1SC ProCharger intended for modified applications
8 rib drive system - requires the purchase of an aftermarket harmonic damper. ProCharger crank pulley is compatible with Fluiddamr part number 740102. This may also be compatible with other manufacturers
Otherwise the same as the Tuner kit

Looks great. Any chance you had the one in the picture dyno'd? I would love to see the shape of the curves as well as the gains.

So am I to understand this will create more power than the Magnussen?

The Magnuson will make more poewr in the lower RPM range while the ATI will provide more in the upper RPMs. The D-1SC will also be able to supply enough air for upgraded head/cam packages.

Missed this one - ATI is working on getting some dyno numbers. I hope to have this info by the beginning of next week.

is there one for an m6 or is this it. If there is a diff one for an m6 plz send me the link. Thanks a lot. And i am with crazy. This doesnt look as good in my opinion but the numbers are what impress me more

No specific dyno numbers yet. ATI is been a little behind in getting these out. We had the first order in for a GTO ATI kit but that has taken to long so the customer is now going with a turbo.

Another month has passed and still no dyno numbers. Has ATI shipped any of these 04 GTO Prochargers yet or are they still under development? Like to see some articles and dyno pulls before I lay out $6,000+ for the ATI Procharger, installation and dyno tune!!!

Looks as though GTPprix may be the only person around with the 04 GTO to have an ATI Procharger unit installed!!! Anxious to see what kind of numbers GTPprix pulls from the dyno after the headers are replaced. I wouldn't blame him a bit if he signs off from the forum and go plays with his goat for a month or so...hahaha.

This kit is AMAZING!! And TByrnes prices are amazing as well :) I'm looking into upgrading the fuel system a tidge before the headers since the Procharger kit is great for a stock car, but for my application I'm going to need some more fuel :D Seriously give Tom a call, these kits are worth every penny, the feeling is UNREAL!! Best of all the low end torque isnt over inflated so you can still launch the car relatively easily to boot!
