Does anyone know if the 2005 GTO Borla's (Part #140165) fit the 2006 GTO without problems? It's a six-speed.

I ask because the Borla web site doesn't list the 2006 GTO. Moreover, when I contacted Borla they said they don't make a product for the 2006.

But, I thought the exhaust is the same between the 2005 and 2006! Is there a hanger difference or something?

Anyone know?

if you're talking about the borla cat back it should fit with no issues at all. I've seen some other people on the board with an 06 and a borla cb and never heard any problems.

I don't know how to post them ,but it sounds damn good in my opinion,not raspy or loud.It has deep throaty sound especially above 3 grand,and no resonance or annoying droan at highway speeds.

Did you go with a complete catback or just the Borla mufflers?

I went with the complete Borla system. From the crossover pipe to the five-inch tips. They arrive tomorrow, so I should have them installed this weekend.

The catalytic converters come with the Dynatech headers.

Nice call on the borla, it took about 45min to install and fit like a champ.
