Alright I have a 2004 with a cam, P-1 procharger, valvesprings/retainers, dynatech headers, 3.71 gears, SAP mufflers, Stage II trans w/ converter and completely new driveline

My numbers seemed low 490 to the wheels, i know that a torque converter usually keeps numbers low, but after i picked the car up there were problems, we took the car back and realized that i had a bad torque converter put in...will that bring my numbers up? what do ya'll think the numbers will be with a mid range converter and cam?
