Who has got the fastest time with a M6. I am seeing all these A4's pullin some nice numbers but I am curious to see what the 6 speeds are doing.

You are right, actually I never ran completely bone stock, I had bridgestone potenza tires also. Disregard my first "stock" run post. I was thinking no Major mods. :wall:

I don't think they were running bone stock either, my understanding is they had drag radials.

Their is a black GTO M6 that MDMC did H/C on was doing 12.5 if I remember right, similar set up to padre's.

Went to the strip Tues, first time ever. I'm pretty close to stock, just wires and panel filter. I ran my best time with my 210 lb buddy in the passenger seat go figure. (13.979 @102.51MPH) Someone said every 100lb = .1 so that should've been a 13.79 or so with that math.

I think that it was from you getting use to the track and launching the car. What you should have done is after running the 13.97 with your buddy in the car I would have come around for another run and dumped him out of the car for another lighter run? What the heck!!! LOL It's worth a shot, right!

I would have but it was 10 PM by then and I was at least an hour from home on a work night.

Bone Stock M6 Times

Who has got the fastest time with a M6. I am seeing all these A4's pullin some nice numbers but I am curious to see what the 6 speeds are doing.

We made about 20 runs completely bone stock off the truck. Nothing added, nothing taken away, didn't even lower tire pressure and usually had a passenger... average consistent times were between 14.35 - 14.80 @ ~97-98mph. :banghead:

We installed K&N oil/air filters and lowered rear tp to ~20lbs and have consistently ran 14.20 - 14.30 @ ~99-100mph for the last 15 or so passes. :zzz:

Weather is starting to cool down in south georgia so we (hopefully) would like to break into the 13's before we do any mods. Perhaps Oct 22nd at Silver Dollar ??

Our Mn6 went 11.4 in 98 degree weather, mph ranged from 120 to 123mph
