tonight on my way home i was listening to a cd when it stopped and said error on the screen so i was ok this cd is probabbly scratched so i ejected it and loaded another but nothing went on so i put the radio on and no sound there either i shut the radio off completly and waited about a minute and everything came back on, now i only have a little over 400 miles anyone encounter this problem before.

I hade a similar problem once. I was listening to a CD, and the sound suddenly died. I turned it off, and about 5 minutes later, turned it on. Worked fine. It's never done it again. Wierd?

probably overheated the amp. Did you turn off the distortion limiter?
