Svede....i had the same exact problem- drove me nuts until I found the culprit. The passenger door lock was not UNlocking all the way when car was shifted into park after driving (automatic unlock feature) and when tried to lock the vehicle (when setting alarm from remote) the door locking mech (actuator) would not seat all the way unless the door latch was slamming home from the FULLY unlocked position. Hit it inside with spray silicone and worked it and no more problem. (Check if this is the case by after putting in park while running manually push down and then pull up on the driver's door lock and watch to see when the passenger side comes fully "up"- then shut off car and relock_ if it works- then just do the silicone thing)
