It’s a stock GM sensor you can cross reference for a GTO. That said, you’ve got to remove the entire supercharger assembly to replace it as it’s buried inside in front of the cooling brick. Those wires you see are just passing through a bung. They travel up the inside side of the supercharger to the IAT located inside the front of the unit. Terrible design should you ever need to access it.

I actually made the same mistake your installer did when I first installed my TVS2300 on my 04. That hold down can easily snip those wires right off if you aren’t careful. I ended up relocating the sensor to that back hole like was done for the MP series blowers. You could do that too, but you would need to re-do the tune immediately as the IAT’s register higher back there than in front of the cooling brick.

What’s involved regardless at this point, assuming those wires are cut, is you need to pull the head unit.

Same hole. It fits perfectly there as that’s where it’s located on an MP series.
