Mavman still making stuff?

Anyone know if mavman is still making stuff for us? I know his website says things will randomly show up for same when in stock, just curious if anyone has gotten or ordered any of his custom stuff such as diffuser or hood recently?

Would love one of his cowl hoods and diffuser, not sure if Ishould still bother checking his site everyday.

From what I see he still SELLS stuff as a distributer, but he hasn't made any carbon fiber parts in a while. I wanted a diffuser for the longest time and still nothing.
got some CF sap grilles from him recently. fitment wasn't quite what i expected. they look cool, tho.

You're right, I just noticed the stuff he had in stock for the new Camaros is listed as a product of "Anderson Composites".

I'd email and ask, but his FAQ section seems like he's fed up with people lol.

Maybe he'll eventually share the mold with this Anderson company so they'd continue making them if he no longer is? Who knows.
It seems that he makes stuff when he feels like it. So when it does it goes quick.
Wasnt aware he made anything. As Seibon made the gto stuff. Newer, better platforms tend to get priority. Gotta go where the money is.

I still was following him on facebook even though i didnt have a GTO for quite a while. Entertaining to see the hate comments about him not making stuff 24/7. I feel like he doesnt want everyone to have his stuff to add to the “cool guy” factor when you do have it.
He is a distributor for almost if not everything his sells, but has exclusive rights to some of it such as the GTO stuff with is made by Seibon. His customer service sucks 99% of the time from what I have seen. For example, a local GTO owner bought gauges from him which are actually made by Speedhut. He had an issue with one not working, and Mavman wouldn't help him out. He had to go directly to Speedhut to get them to help him. Another member was having a hard time reaching him until Mavman sent him parts by mistake, guess who reached out right away.

He does have GTO parts pop up now and then, you just have to keep checking the website.

I managed to snag a blemished spoiler off his site a few months ago, I just checked every so often and got lucky I guess because I haven't seen them come back in stock since. He has always responded to my emails within a day though. I want a carbon rear diffuser for this 05 bumper i have as well but he said "the mold needs work so it will be a while".. maybe one of the other rear inserts will come in stock and ill grab one of those, until then i'll just keep rocking this 04 bumper

p/s someone was selling a mavman carbon hood for a gto on facebook earlier this week and had it listed for 2,750 and says it sold. crazy

Here is a few pics of the spoiler for anyone who cares -- i hate the carbon look on torrid red personally so i smoothed/painted it

Well I never had an issue with him. I never bought anything from him either. Co worker did tho, bought some sap carbon grille inserts. I built his Turbo kit in a shorter time than it took him to make those carbon inserts. And I'm SLOW.

You think you're slow...I guarantee, I'm slower!!!

BTW... @Jaywein, the spoiler looks really nice!

Thank you man! Cool to hear from you, I just stumbled across your build thread this morning and you definitely gave me some ideas. Hope to see an update on it soon, super cool build.
My hood came with some quarter sized cracks in it. Didnt feel like going through the process of getting it shipped back and wait for another one though it only took 10 days for the initial order. And him or an employee straight up forgetting to place my gauge order with speedhut. Then the vast different in the face for it.
Aside from that everything is fine as any drop shipping vendor would be.
I ordered a rear diffuser from him and it's been 2 years and I never got it.

You mean you placed a $30ish deposit for one. He no longer accepts deposits, but when he did (years ago), he clearly stated it could be a LONG time until the part would be available.

Hopefully you’ve followed up to see what’s going on. If not, you should.

I ordered front and rear cradle alignment tools past year. I received them in a very timely fashion I think it was within a week or 2.

I did several times and all I got was an attitude and "when its done it will ship" comment
