Not sure if it is a repeat but it is great. I would also like to say that when i get my goat I am going to make a CD of just Land Down Under by Men at Work.

Overall pretty funny and positive. I liked it.

Still its funny at times to see the UK stereo type of Australia being played out. I wonder if they realize that many aspects of that stereotype are myths of their own creation.

If you like Australian 80's music that has a GTO kinda feel, try some Jimmy Barnes. "Working Class Man" was a real anthem., while "Last Frontier", "Driving Wheels" and "Ain't no Second Prize" are also pretty good. :gr_jest:

I'm disapointed that they tested the vehicle in the rain. I'd like to see them retest it in better conditions.

I'd like to know what the massaged version they show at the end of the video had done to it.

hmmm no offence to capa but for all the money they dipped in. well i thought the performance was well CAPA quality (overpriced like nuthing). if they had of stuck to performance mods they could have walked that jag like it was a ford ka. oh well still a neat video.
Hell imagine if it was anything like that 3.3ltr whiple supercharged monaro in the other vid :D.

I agree the CAPA stuff is expensive and by the time we get it in the UK it has gone up another 50%.

Most of the HSV and Monaro drivers over here are sticking to the basics with CAI mods, Maf tube, exhaust, but we have no tuner over here with "Edit" so we only get about 380hp. as we can't go Maf less without a tune.

Holy cow Batman, that's a lot of money

The CAPA car does seem to go, but did they really say its costs 80,000 pounds in the UK? That's like $240,000 AUD! Holy cow Batman, that's a lot of money. It makes HSV look like a charity, and sure makes the $37,270 AUD V8 (LS1) Commodore family sedan look like a "performance" bargain.

They also seem to be double counting on the spec sheet, a lot of standard Commodare/Monaro features seem to be listed.
