i believe it involves raising the rail via placing washers/shims between the rail and the intake manifold where the rail bolts to the manifold.

You will need to space up the rails on the LS2 and get the injector wire harness adaptors . If you have stock length injectors with a magnuson in an ls1 then you are fine .
