I've been having a bit of a weird issue with my car. for a month I've been tracing a issue with a bad CPS signal. I've replaced the sensor and pig tail. I've attached a tech 2 to the car and the counter does not activate but the crank does. i attached a scope to the car this weekend and i got a pretty definitive reading. The voltage with out the CPS is at 0 and with a black CPS its slightly above 2v and right at 3v with the tan CPS. these prove voltages are coming directly from the PCM .

What do i do now? DO i need a ECU/PCM for my car ?
