Just got a new cam idles great then outa no where the idle drops, sometimes as low as 250. When it does this it give a maf code. Any ideas?

Did you get the car tuned after install?

You need a tune. The stock parameters cant compensate for the bigger cam.

Yes it was tuned, put another maf on the car and it worked for a while then the same things started happening again.

Thats a big cam. It needs more idle tuning love for sure.
Take it back to the tuner.
Id be glad to offer some suggestions if I could see the bin file or the log files.
