wanted to share my drift project.
SPONORS NEEDED!
2005 pontiac gto

driveline:
Ls2: comp cam kit,arp bolts,ported heads/intake,fast tb,PS long tubes.
T-56,monster clutch,9"moser

Suspension:
XYZ s13 coilovers,custom control arms,knuckels,engine cradle,qa1 rod ends Rota grid 17x9 Stock brakes

Intrior will have sparco steering wheel, seats,belts,custom rollcage,
painless race wires,willwood handbrake.

Body: will make custom fiberglass fr/rr fenders,hood,roof panel,
rmr or rk bumpers....

bought the car at copart wrecked.


took it home and started build.









77degree streering angle in work....








will try to update as good as i can.....

thank, the car will be ready for 2013 season...

Anyone know what happend to this car?
Anyone know the previus owner?

like to know what happend to the car.
the car stood at copart in new mexico.

I wish the rules on modifying the chassis wernt do strict in Formula d. Have to keep factory subframe and can't cut the frame before the furthest mounting suspension point.

all is custom made...
Welded on bumpstops at 68degree and zero ankerman:)

Very happy with the result,have tons of clearance.





must customise fenders,needs to be 30-40mm wider

That's wild!! It was hard to see the steering is already hooked up! And yeah I guess you guys are right definitely all custom. I was wondering of the arms were aftermarket since they make arms like that for other drift cars, thought maybe he adapted some other subframe on. But even that looks custom. Very cool man!!! Awesome work!! Looking forward to seeing this thing in action!!

im guessing you will be running a very stiff spring rate and no sway bar?

This type of build has been a long time coming. Considered doing this myself just to get rid of the utrethane bushings up front. What are you doing for the rear?
