Hey holmes, did you have any problems when you first bought your pocket rocket. My room mate just bought one, i believe is the model one lower than yours, has the auto clutch instead of a real one. The thing has a hard time starting as well as is a pain in the ass to start off when in first gear. Just wondering if this is a break in thing or if this is typical. Also did you have to do any adjusting to the carbs to get it to run up at altitude? Thanks Man.

Now that i am done posting, i realized i could have sent a pm but i didnt so blow me. :D

Should I lock the thread, or edit it to include a bit about Eric's overwhelming lust for Brad?

Eric hasnot had a Brad fix in a while since he moved away, and hes finding Doric a poor substitute. Besides, that'd make Luke Jealous.

This is entirely feasible. Whatever I am, I am no Brad.

i did nothing. .I jsut started it at teh flea market and drove it away from teh booth to my truck and left. .. then got home and tighted all the bolts.. some of them were loose.. I did end up raising the idle a bit. but no problems starting off.. BTW mine is the autoclutch also.. still have the fastest one in the neighborhood.. a few 2 strokes roaming around here but they are all small.. :)
