did you paint the rails yourself? Do they just lift out of the engine compartment?

simple yet sexy

A Testor paint pen purchased for $3.95, a steady pair of hands, and your FRC will never look the same again.

And its permanent!

I had my buddy, a car painter do them. There is 2 coats of GM IBM and 3 coats of clear on them. The covers don't really get hot so using the factory paint on them is fine.

Yes, the covers just snap off the fuel rails. I think that there are like 4 clips per rail.

If DG doesn't burn the paint off, nobody will.

Thats not bad at all. I thought it would make them look even tackier then they already did, but it improved them. Maybe I'll get mine back out of the box I threw them in and try that.

I was going to use a gravity feed gun, but I could not find it (Great, I lost a $150.00 gun!!!) so I used a HVLP DeVilbiss. Taping it off was a pain, but I think it was well worth it.
