Post Delivery Inspection I think. They definitely need to give it a little detailing judging from the rear shot! Side shot looks great though.

The car has been detailed and I will be going back later for a test drive if it still cannot be released. I will at least get behind the wheel and provide feedback and post detail pictures if possible.
