The gears are really great the pick up is fantastic
At low speeds 25 mph and below they make a clunking

What type of fluid did you use? Torco 85/140 dino and type f friction modifier is what's recommended. If it's what I think it is, a fluid change should do it.

Others with more experience may chime in with different opinions.

Sounds right to me, Roy. Needs friction modifier. Don't wait. It doesn't take long to trash the posi unit!

I had the basic gear oil put in with more modifier ..that will really help
