So past few days i have been trying to fix the alighnment
on my 04 gto
I had a pedders springs kit put in and a slp camber kit
about 1yr and 1/2 ago
the right rear has bean way out of camber
so after many trips to the alighnment shop
weve determined the right rear lower control arm is bent

Does anyone have a suggestion on aftermarket replacement for the are
and what would could i use to help prevent this from happening again
would a hotchkis sway bar set ? help strenghthen the rear.

Did you clip something with that corner? Just asking, they are pretty stout.

Don't know of any aftermarket LCAs for GTO.

I do know if you want new GM rear lower control arm bushings you have to buy whole rear lower control arms, they come with new bushings installed.

The rear LCAs are under a grand each, but you are going to know who your daddy is.

Are you sure it is bent?

The rear arm is not as robust as it appears to be. The Aussies found out that replacing the OE x member bushes with machined aluminum caused them to crack and bend. That is why I am asking what type of x member bushes are in use. Double stacking urethane upper x member bushes can cause similar issues. For long life and safe operation the x member mounting point must be allowed some travel.
