Somewhere along the way, I lost the sheet with the part number from Caspers for the 02 sensor extensions. The ones I bought locally didn't hook up right, so now my car is running pig rich. I need to order them first thing in the morning.
HELP!
One a side note, I'll have pics up soon of my mandrel bent 3" duals, and yes, I cut the bumper, LOL.
:D

Thanks! I know the instructions said to order an 8" extension, but I guess longer is better...
;)
On a side note- Did anyone notice how close the tubes come to the rack and hard lines? I have barely 1/8" or so near one of the lines. Should I bend the lines a bit, or dimple a header tube?
Thanks again.

Congrats. I think you're one of the first to do the entire S/W exhaust, headers and all. Let's hear it!

Eh, I can't figure out this new FTP program I've got, if anyone wants to host 'em, I can send the pics.
:)
Have you tried the "manage attachments" button when you make a new post around here? Shouldn't need to host em...Just keep it to 5 pics or less per post and I think a max of 250KB/post or something like that.

I just spliced in some 12 gauge wire on the front O2s, soldering each joint, heatshrinking and then taping the assembly. Took about 5-6" of additional length to work. The rear O2s reached with a bit of tweaking, no extension required.

As for the clearance, mine isn't too close to the hard lines, but I did heat and massage one pipe that was almost touching the top rubber seal on the rack itself, right below where the steering shaft joins it.
