Just got my 18" sweet thunder chambered mufflers installed. They sound AMAZING. Anybody looking for a muffler shop in southern california, bob's muffler in rancho cucamonga, ca is a fantastic choice. He takes his time and does the job right the first time. If I can just find out now how to post pics and video that would be awesome.

One of the guys I work with has a 06 with 40's. After hearing my sweet thunders he is going to buy another system. Mine made his sound weak (his opinion, I like the way his car sounds). I think the STs sound better but they are comparable except on decel. There's more of a burble/snort with the STs (which I like). They fit my 06 like they were OEM. Took the muffler guy almost 25 minutes to put them on and he did a very good job.

hmm ok thx ... now i just have to make decision .. if anyone out there has sound clip .. that might help. oh and also regular stainless steel or the 304 their website says theres sound difference?

Ok, i'm gonna get this thing going now....I am gonna sign up for the video website tonight, you guys should have some sound clips and pics by tomorrow. These will fit an '05-'06 car. Make sure you get the 18" aluminized steel ones. Mike at sweet thunder tells me there's a little bit of a sound difference. I had a guy fab up my whole cat-back with h-pipe and it sounds freaking awesome. I also got chrome(not stainless) 18" long by 4" diameter tips. IMHO this is the best sounding GTO i've heard. Only loud when you want it to be, and at cruising speed you barely notice them.
