TEMECULA cruise to Magnaflow TEST CENTER September GTG

That's right, this is the official thread of the people meeting up in the Temecula area. We need to setup a cruise through the mountains to the magnaflow test center on the 30th. I personally have no idea the route or how long it takes, so speak up people!

Time: We are leaving at 8am - 8:15am, please try to show at about 7:45am
Date: September 30th
Place: Temecula Mall (Off of the 15 Freeway, exit Winchester.)

We are meeting in the Starbucks parking lot, it's easy to find from the street, look for the Barnes & Noble on Winchester, turn there and head straight for the mall which is right ahead. Look for this:

The plan is to leave at about 8am - 8:30am, so try to get there a little bit earlier than that. We are taking the Ortega road down to I-5 where we will wait for a little while until the San Diego goats show up. We will meet up with them and make the rest of the trip to the GTG. All in all, we should be showing up at around 10am - 11am so we should have some of the better spots.

I'm not sure when the Starbucks opens up, so I can't guarantee coffee

I'm in and I know the route.....I drive by there everyday on my way to work.

We take the Ortega to Antonio Pwky.....and follow that all the way to the shop. Give it 1 hour 15 minutes from Temecula.....and I'll drive down there (I'm in Elsinore) to meet you all.

OR......we could take the Ortega all the way to I-5 in San Juan Capistrano.....and coordinate with the San Diego guys and do a rolling join in on their caravan up. Would be cool showing up with 20-30 other goats.....

Sure, why not lol... I saw we coordinate with the san diego guys. We need to find a meeting point in San Juan Capistrano first, we could have them pull off on the Ortega offramp and we just start up and join em. We'd have to get there about 30 minutes before they do just to allow some breathing room.

This cruise is just to drive to that GTG. Were going to take a pretty fun road to get there.


The GTG itself is... well, think of it as a car show.
