Bone stock, 3/4-tank gas, nothing else...

LF=996
RF=1076
LR=887
RR=799

Total 3758 without me, 55%/45% weight distribution front to rear as advertised. A bit lighter than I have read and heard. My 01 Formula (loaded when bone stock) weighed 3512 with a full tank of gas and two car seats in it without me in it when new.

One of these days when it warms up, I'll get it out to the track and see what she'll do...before she goes up a wee-bit in horsepower.

Interesting that side to side weight difference is only 8#, but the cross weight is 168#. Did you weigh this thing in a plate or a possibly uneven surface that could affect the diagonals?

It was in my garage that is quite even concrete, but when I move it into my polebarn shop with a smooth-as-glass concrete floor, I can re-do it. I'll repost it then, but it won't be very soon due to other stuff going on with work and the family. Take care.

Not a chance at 3260#...the MSO always is lighter for whatever reason. My MSO on my Formula showed something like 3180# when it weighed over 300#'s more than that bone stock. A current Z06 weighs 3115# to put the 3260# in perspective...also, 3260# is right at what a non-Z06 coupe weighs.

By the way, the Intercomp race scales of mine are certified within 0.1%, or under 4#'s total on the GTO weighing.

Still way off...3260 + 126 (18 x 7 gas) + 11 (5.5 qts x 2 oil) + trans fluid, beer, etc. doesn't even get it to 3400#'s. Even if you back out the 3/4-tank of gas I had it in, you are still at 3675#'s. Forget you ever read the MSO weight. The CTS-V weighs a bit over 3800#', and the new C6 Coupe and Convertible are right around 3200#.

Here's a quote from GM on the C6 vs. C5 coupe:

CORVETTE SPECIFICATIONS (2005 VS. 2004)

2005 COUPE 2004 COUPE
Overall length, in. 174.6 179.7
Overall width, in. 72.6 73.6
Overall height, in. 48.7 47.7
Track, F/R, in. 62.1/60.7 62.0/62.1
Drag coefficient <.29 <.29
Curb weight, lb. 3,179 3,246

Sorry, but naked, dry, wet, whatever, our GTO's don't weigh 14# more than a base C5 coupe unless it's in "theft recovery mode". I'm done arguing this one as I only provided it for everyone's reference as most guys don't have easy access to four pad race scales.
