I washed, used polishing compound on, and waxed Monica Saturday, and here are the pics. I know my sig contradicts the pics of the rear end, but I'm painting that pretty soon. I'm also painting the grills black too. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

These are just to show off.........:pimp:

Gorgeous. My second favorite color, too. Nice stable, ya lucky bastard!
Thanks.........~1240 HP total.
Nice collection of cars. Although my opinion on painting the trunk black is probably different from yours.

Robin called and said he wanted his mask back.
Lookin great! You got a nice shine goin on the goat! And nice line up in the garage! Damn! It looks like a poster I once saw... it had all these high end cars in a garage and along the bottom it said "Justification for Higher Education." Your garage reminded me of that! Nice work with the detail!

If you don't like the trunk, that's cool. I just think the one thing this car is missing is definition. It's a little plain. They did much better in '05 though. Pontiac needs to man up with this new GTO, and start getting original. I'm tired of them buying other companies' cars, and putting their name on it. (Sorry for the rant)
why ruin the nice stable of cars with a porvette ?

lol

nice garage and cars
what's the little badge on the side right in front of the rear wheel?

Mike
NICE car...looks just like mine!
Nice Cars!

Dont think Pontiac is gonna man up though since production has ceased.
Yup, that's the GM badge they put on the late '06s and '07s. I'm thinking about removing them, and putting the GTO stickers from Grafxwerks on the rear rocker.

After the new Camaro comes out, Pontiac should be coming out with a new GTO. I'm pretty sure there's not going to be a Firebird of T/A. When they do........hold on to your butts.
What all di you use to shine that baby up. Car looks great and I only wish I had a stable like that.

Thanks for the compliment.

1. Wash
2. Dry
3. Polishing Compound applied with damp towel
4. Zymol cleaner wax applied with electric buffer
5. Buff

Could have gone one step further and set the wax by misting, drying and buffing again, but ran out of time before work. Gives it a deeper more even shine.

BTW, I love your Goat with the Limo tint, and all the black accents. Sweet!

Thanks,

I just bought some of that Zymol but just haven't had a chance to use it yet. Dose it go on and come off pretty easy? I don't have a buffer yet.

Zymol is pretty good. If you have one of those round sponge pads wrapped in cloth use that to apply the wax, than wipe it off with a clean dry towel. You can work with a pretty decent size section (i.e. half the hood, rear 1/4 panel). Definately have to use it on cool paint. Otherwise it'll dry too fast. If you have the time, you'll want to mist it when you're done, and dry it again. It says right on the bottle it evens the wax, because you may notice it might be a little splotchy after you dry it. Good luck.
Looking good brother. That a Bonneville or is it a Grand Prix on the far left? Looks like the option 18s for the GTO
What's up with the Trans-Am parking sign in the background??
