Yep, sure is. I never got around to installing it and in the meantime I have got close to my goal without it. It's in the same condition as when you shipped it to me. I don't think you had used it a lot had you?

If you do decide to part it out, ill take the opener (pending price of course,) all you'd have to find a buyer for would be the heater which shouldn't be too tough...
