I am sure this has been covered but I could not turn anything up with a search.
I have bought new rotors and ceramic pads for my '04 and to my distress I cannot remove the front rotors. I haven't even gotten to the rears so I don't know if the same situation exists there or not but I assume it does.
It appears that the rotor are rusted in place! I hope someone can give up a simple trick to pop these off as I need this done today!!!!
I have already soaked them in rust penetrant and tapped firmly with a hammer, but to no avail! Short of beating the H#)) out of it I am lost. Don't have heat beyond Map Gas, so I don't think that'll help....
Any advice will be appreciated!

Try spray penetrant oil from the inside of the rotor as well as the outside at the hub contact surface and around the wheel studs. Use plenty of it and rotate the rotors so that the oil gets in all rusty crevases. Have lunch while you wait for it to work, find your big hammer and a piece of wood, then go to town. Don't hit it hard unless you have a set of new rotors standing by.

Just a tip - if you are gonna whack it really hard with a BFH, put a lug nut on a few threads so the rotor doesn't go flying off.

Again, just a tip for next time.
